Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders not confirmed by the customer may be cancelled.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier company delays

  • Public holidays or unexpected logistical issues

We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges

We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.
There are no hidden delivery charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Address & Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid mobile number.
Buzzbloom will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete information

  • Unreachable phone number

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may require an additional charge

  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to restriction from future purchases

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier or operational reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
