Refund policy

At Buzzbloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item should be in the same condition as delivered

  • You must provide order ID and proof (photo/video) of the issue

Returns will only be accepted in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing items in the package

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color difference (due to screen lighting)

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refused COD orders

Return Process

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account/UPI within 5-7 business days after approval

Replacement

In case of damaged or wrong product, we will provide a free replacement (subject to availability). If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
